As the Day Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, delivering a warm, professional, and highly personalised service at all times. Your focus will be on creating a seamless and welcoming experience, managing requests efficiently, and upholding the highest standards of presentation and discretion.

• Provide a consistently exceptional front-of-house service to residents and visitors

• Handle a wide range of lifestyle and concierge requests, from restaurant bookings to private transport arrangements

• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is always immaculate and presentable

• Liaise effectively with contractors, housekeeping, and building management teams

• Receive and manage deliveries, post, and parcels securely

• Maintain accurate records and logs in line with building procedures

• Ensure discretion, security, and confidentiality at all times

• Previous experience in a luxury residential, hospitality, or five-star front-of-house environment is essential

• Impeccable personal presentation and outstanding communication skills

• Naturally service-oriented, with a calm and professional demeanour

• Proactive, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks with grace and efficiency

• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences and exceeding expectations

• Working knowledge of building concierge systems is advantageous
