• Passion for working with SEN learners (SEMH, ASD, SLD, or PMLD desirable)

• Confidence in leading practical kitchen sessions that build life skills

• Food Hygiene Certificate and strong understanding of food safety regulations

In This SEN College Chef Role, You Will:

• Prepare fresh, nutritious meals each day for students and staff at the college in Erdington

• Lead small-group cooking sessions focused on building student confidence and independence

• Collaborate with SEN teaching staff to align kitchen activities with EHCP goals

• Offer a calm, safe, and inclusive learning experience within the kitchen
