Night Concierge - West London - Temp to Perm

Are you a highly professional and customer-focused individual looking for a temporary night role in a prestigious West End location? We are seeking a dedicated Temporary Night Concierge to join the team at a high-end residential development. There is a potential for a permanent role

This is an excellent opportunity to be the face of a luxury building comprising of 25 apartments, providing exceptional service and ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents during the overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-of-House Presence: Greet residents and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, maintaining a discreet yet vigilant presence at the concierge desk.
• Security Management: Monitor CCTV, manage access control for residents and approved visitors, and conduct regular patrols of the building to ensure security and identify any issues.
• Resident Support: Assist residents with various inquiries and requests, including managing deliveries, coordinating taxis, and providing information about local amenities.
• Emergency Response: Act as the first point of contact for any emergencies, following established protocols and liaising with relevant services (e.g., emergency services, building management).
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate logs and records of incidents, visitors, and deliveries.
• Building Presentation: Ensure the lobby and common areas remain tidy and presentable throughout the night.

• Security Awareness: A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to security.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and confident verbal and written communication.
• Reliability & Punctuality: Given the nature of night shifts, punctuality and reliability are paramount.
• Prior Experience: Previous experience in a concierge, front-of-house, or security role, ideally within a luxury residential, hotel, or corporate environment, is highly desirable.

Hours: Full-time, temporary night shifts ( 7 PM - 7 AM, 4 nights on/4 nights off).
