Our client, a spectacular countryside Hotel, Restaurant and Banqueting venue, are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join this strong brigade. This beautifully refurbished Hotel hosts an impressive array of facilities. They cater for weddings, functions and events, and stay busy right throughout the year.

The Hotel is looking for a strong Head Chef to join their team, ideally someone who has had a strong background in Fine Dining or Rosette level cooking, and who is looking for a new opportunity to showcase their creative flair. The ideal Head Chef will have had experience in banqueting/weddings and functions, be confident managing multiple food outlets, and all the relevant paperwork and compliance documentation.

As the successful Head Chef, you will be responsible for all menu planning, stock taking and training. You must be passionate about your role and be willing to give 110%. The ideal Head Chef will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working at Head Chef level in a fresh food establishment; you will be responsible for high levels of hygiene control and health and safety throughout the department. You will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of catering service and you will be reporting directly into the line manager. The Head Chef must be highly passionate, have excellent food cost control and the ability to continually raise standards.
