Day Concierge

One of our clients is looking for a Day Concierge to join their team at a luxury Residential Building based in North West London.

About the role:

• Salary: £28,000 - £30,000per annum
• Schedule: 7am to 7pm, 4on 4off

What You'll be doing:

• Providing five-star front desk service to all visitors and residents.

• Managing enquiries and handling situations with a calm, professional attitude.

• Monitoring and maintaining the safety and cleanliness of communal spaces.

• Performing regular building checks and coordinating with maintenance and security as needed.

• Overseeing parcel deliveries, access permissions, and key handling.

• Keeping a close eye on building activity, CCTV, and ensuring community rules are respected.
