Senior Waiter

As a Senior Waiter, you will play a vital role in delivering our exceptional dining experience. From warmly welcoming guests to expertly and knowledgeably guiding them through the menu, pairing wine and ensuring impeccable standards, you’ll be a beacon of professional, passionate, elegant and energetic service and help create an exciting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

• Provide an exceptional guest experience, ensuring warm, professional, knowledgable and efficient service. 
• Take orders and make recommendations about the menu, including food, wine, and cocktails. 
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service and seamless communication.
• Maintain an immaculate and organised work environment, following health & safety regulations.
• Handle guest queries, requests, and any concerns with professionalism and a problem-solving, guest-centred mindset. 
• Assist with setting up and closing down the restaurant to ensure operational efficiency. 
• Be a team player, supporting colleagues and fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

• Experience in luxury hospitality: Previous experience as a waiter in a busy restaurant, luxury café, or high-calibre bar is essential.
