As a Café Assistant, you'll be a key part of the front-of-house team—preparing drinks, serving food, and creating a welcoming space for our visitors. We’re a fast-paced, people-first business that values energy, teamwork, and doing the little things well.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at our café and events
• Prepare and serve hot drinks using POS systems
• Restock fridges and confectionery stands
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness standards
• Follow food safety guidelines and opening/closing checklists
• Support across the Recharge Café, Bistro, events, and staff canteen

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a Café Assistant or food service role (ideal but not essential)
• Friendly, approachable, and a team player
• Attention to detail and ability to stay organised under pressure
• Flexibility to work weekends and across departments
