Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences? The Glasgow Marriott Hotel is looking for a Room Service Associate to join our vibrant team!

As a Food & Beverage Associate in Room Service, you’ll play a key part in shaping our guests’ stay. You’ll serve delicious food and drinks directly to their rooms, offering a warm, personalised service that makes them feel right at home.

• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms efficiently and professionally

• Know our menu inside-out and make thoughtful recommendations

• Handle payments accurately and confidently

• Communicate clearly with the kitchen team regarding dietary needs, allergies, and special requests

• Ensure cleanliness and organisation across room service and food & beverage areas

• Prepare service areas before each shift, restocking and following health and safety protocols

We're seeking someone energetic, reliable, and customer-focused. Ideally, you'll have previous hospitality or tourism experience, but a great attitude and willingness to learn go a long way!
