We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join the sales team and play a key role in delivering impactful campaigns and supporting business growth.
- Provide administrative support across Sales, Events, Marketing, and PR.
- Maintain and update data in Amadeus Salesforce (Delphi) and Opera Cloud, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate requests, assist with reservations, and compile daily, weekly, and month-end reports.
- Support preparation of annual budgets, marketing plans, and sales goals.
- Assist with data-driven decisions by contributing to trend analysis and group evaluations.
- Support commercial initiatives across departments to ensure a seamless and aligned approach.
- Support with the updating of the hotel’s website, social media, and CRM system.
- Assist with email newsletters, marketing campaigns, and collateral distribution.
- Assist with the planning of media visits/influencer stays/FAM trips.
- Monitor digital marketing performance, PR coverage, and competitor analysis.
- Proactive, organised, and collaborative mindset with a passion for service excellence.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities with efficience
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
- A genuine interest in commercial strategy, data, and luxury hospitality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in marketing, sales, or digital media
- Ideally possess working knowledge of Amadeus Salesforce (Delphi), Opera PMS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
