Assistant Manager

Salary £35,000 - £40,000 incl tronc.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our intimate team . At Edesia Bath is an independent dining restaurant located in central Bath, UK, offering a refined modern South American culinary experience. Known for its elegant yet relaxed atmosphere, the restaurant focuses on seasonal tasting menus crafted from premium ingredients, with particular emphasis on showcasing finest produce. , we are leading the charge in Bath for modern international cuisine, whilst also serving an ever changing list of juicy wines and signature cocktails.

You would ideally have:

• 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, in the hospitality industry
• A passion for Mediterranean, South American and British cuisine and wines
• A positive and approachable leadership style that inspires and supports the team
• Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to shine in a fast-paced environment
