Position Overview
As the first point of contact for guests arriving by sea, the Tender embodies the essence of Nikki Beach Marbella - chic, welcoming, and effortlessly professional. In this dynamic and guest-facing role, you ensure a seamless and stylish arrival experience by safely transporting visitors from the marina to our beach club.
More than just a skilled boat operator, you are an ambassador of our brand. With a confident presence and a warm attitude, you represent the spirit of Nikki Beach from the very first interaction. You provide guests with essential information about on-site amenities, upcoming events, and exclusive offerings, elevating their visit from the very beginning.

Safely operate the tender boat for guest transport between the marina and Nikki Beach Marbella

Greet guests warmly and provide assistance during boarding and disembarkation

Provide information on events, promotions, and available services at the venue

Ensure a clean, safe, and inviting guest experience at the boat docking area

Practice and instruct guests in safe boating conduct; enforce safety protocols

Maintain daily awareness of weather conditions and sea safety regulations

Monitor and comply with all Spanish maritime and Costa del Sol boating laws

Report all guest feedback, incidents, or service concerns immediately to the Pool & Beach Manager

Support event execution and guest flow during large-scale occasions (e.g., Amazing Sundays)

Assist with breakdown and deep-cleaning duties after major events

Maintain tidy and organized boat storage and docking areas

Represent Nikki Beach’s luxury standard in appearance, attitude, and service at all times

Valid boating license and legal documentation to operate a tender in Spain

Demonstrated experience in boating, maritime guest services, or hospitality operations

Solid understanding of Spanish maritime regulations and sea safety practices

Proactive and guest-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to work both independently and within a team, especially under pressure

Strong awareness of local geography, weather patterns, and nearby attractions

Knowledge of local laws and a safety-first mindset

Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish or German is a plus

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Physical ability to operate a boat, assist guests, and remain active for long periods
