Job Summary:

We are looking for a Chef Manager to join this unique site in West London. As Chef Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the kitchen, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality food, upholding the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, and managing all aspects of kitchen performance. Ideally, you will have a background in contract catering, specifically within staff dining. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the flexibility to seamlessly transition between multiple kitchen settings, bringing strong leadership, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence across diverse culinary teams.Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements.
• Great time management skills.
• Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
• Ability to train and mentor other staff.
• Experience in ordering stock and stock control.
