10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Monday to Sunday) -
Bank Hours Available
8:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Monday to Sunday)
Important: A full UK driving licence

About the Role

What You'll Be Doing
Each day will be different, but your responsibilities may include:

Assisting with personal care and daily routines

Supporting individuals with mental health challenges or behaviours that may be considered challenging

Escorting clients to appointments and social outings

Ensuring clients' safety, comfort, and wellbeing

Providing emotional support and companionship
This role requires patience, empathy, and the ability to build meaningful, trusting relationships.
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals who are:

Patient, empathetic, and caring

Experienced (or willing to be trained) in supporting individuals with mental health needs and challenging behaviours

Flexible and responsive to client needs

Able to build positive relationships with clients and their families

In possession of a full UK driving licence with business insurance (essential)
