 What They’re Looking For:

• A strong, experienced Chef – ideally at Head Chef level or someone ready to step up.
• Level 3 Hygiene Certification is essential.
• Proven ability to hit the ground running in a kitchen producing high-quality dishes from a set menu.
• A calm, committed, and professional approach to service.
