Door Person

Role

We are currently looking for a Door Person to join our Concierge team at Rosewood London. Our Door Persons are appointed to manage all aspects of our very busy courtyard and provide an engaging welcome and farewell to all our guests. Within a 14-day period you will work 7 shifts, each lasting 12 hours.



Key expectations of this role are

• Managing pedestrian and car traffic of up to 100 vehicles a day.
• Ensuring the courtyard is in immaculate condition at all times.
• Welcoming and assisting our guests with providing appropriate information.
• Being an ambassador of the hotel, portraying a professional and refined image.

Profile

• Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
• The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.
• Being well organised, warm yet appropriately assertive when required.
• Having a driving licence without any points or convictions.
