This isn’t just about dusting and hoovering (though you’ll be great at that too) it’s about creating a homely environment where residents feel comfortable and cared for.

What you’ll be doing:

• Keeping bedrooms and communal areas clean, tidy and fresh
• Supporting residents to maintain their personal space, with dignity and respect
• Working alongside a friendly, supportive team
• Helping to make the home feel warm and welcoming for everyone

You don’t need experience in a care setting if you’re reliable, take pride in your work, and enjoy helping others, you’ll fit right in. We’ll show you the ropes and make sure you feel confident in your role.

As a relief member of staff, you’ll have the flexibility to work around your other commitments, stepping in to support the team when they need an extra pair of hands.
