We’re seeking an experienced professional to join our team, delivering high-quality plastering services across occupied residential properties.Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out all aspects of plastering, including skimming, patch repairs, rendering, and dry lining.
• Prepare walls and ceilings for decorating.
• Complete work efficiently and to a high standard in occupied homes and communal areas.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely, professionally, and in line with health and safety regulations.
• Liaise with tenants, supervisors, and colleagues to provide excellent customer service.
• Manage your own workload and complete tasks within agreed timeframes.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Plastering (or relevant experience).
• Proven experience in plastering work within social housing, domestic, or commercial environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
