About the Role:

s Assistant Bar Manager, you'll support the Bar Manager in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the bar, from leading shifts and managing staff to ensuring smooth service during busy events and peak hours. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining high standards, training team members, and bringing creative ideas to enhance our drinks offering and service style.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily bar operations, stock control, and rota management
• Lead and motivate the team during busy shifts
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
• Support in planning and executing private events and functions
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Help train, mentor and develop junior team members

Previous bar or events experience in a supervisory or team leader role

Strong interpersonal skills and a hands-on, can-do attitude
