What you’ll be doing:

As part of the front-of-house team at The Warwick, you’ll play a central role in delivering an elegant yet relaxed dining experience. We’re looking for individuals who don’t just serve food—but who tell its story, enhance each guest’s experience, and bring warmth, personality, and professionalism to every table.

You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to bring the best of British produce and garden-led menus to life, sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm with our guests. Whether it’s recommending dishes, describing ingredients, or guiding wine pairings, you’ll help shape a truly memorable journey for each diner.

What you’ll need:

• A passion for food, hospitality, and people
• Natural communication skills and confidence in delivering a premium experience
• A curious, learning mindset with a desire to understand dishes, ingredients, and provenance
• Pride in your presentation, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Experience in a fine dining environment whether in a restaurant or hotel is a bonus, but not essential—we value attitude and potential above all
