Hourly Rate £12.21 + Service charge

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Drinks Runner to support our bar and floor team by ensuring drinks are delivered quickly and accurately to guests. This fast-paced role is essential in maintaining smooth service and an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and deliver drinks from the bar to customers at tables or designated service areas.

• Ensure all drinks are presented neatly, correctly, and in a timely manner.

• Assist bartenders with replenishing stock and keeping the bar area tidy.

• Communicate effectively with bar staff and floor staff to ensure smooth workflow.

• Clear empty glasses from tables and return them to the bar or glass wash area.

• Support the team during busy periods with general bar or floor duties as needed.

• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Provide friendly and attentive customer service at all times.
