Our Nights team are integral in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the hotel and that our guests are safe and secure during the night.
Being in a customer facing role means you’ll be a confident and well-presented individual with a warm way with people. As Night Manager your hours of work will be 10:30pm - 7am.

As our Night Manager you’ll have...
• Previous Reception experience in a 4* hotel, including experience at Manager level
• Knowledge of night audit procedures with a working knowledge of PMS systems Opera & Micros.
• Good organisation skills and the ability to multitask, ensuring attention to detail at all times.
• Self-Motivation with the ability to lead, motivate, and influence others, and be good team player.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good spoken and written English.
What will you be doing as our Night Manager?
• Being the point of contact for guests throughout the night ensuring that they receive excellent customer service at all times.
• Completing the night Reception and night audit function ensuring all charges for services are correctly billed and all necessary reports are generated.
• Overseeing security of the building between 10:30pm and 7am
• Supervising the Night Porter and other staff on duty in the late evening/early morning hours.
• Ensuring that all fire and safety procedures are followed implicitly at all times
• Being aware of room availability at the hotel and to maximise revenues through effective selling of the hotel bedrooms and services
• Ensuring smooth handover with the Duty Manager and the Front of House team.
