ABOUT THE ROLE
The Events & Groups Operations Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational execution of events on the event floor, ensuring the smooth and flawless delivery of service during all phases of event operations. This role involves leading and managing the team on the event floor, coordinating with internal departments, and addressing any issues that may arise to ensure a seamless guest experience.
The Events Floor Manager ensures that all event requirements are met in accordance with the hotel’s high standards, focusing on guest satisfaction, safety, and the efficient management of event logistics. ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in event management, hospitality, or a similar role, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory position (required).
- Proven ability to manage event logistics, supervise teams, and provide excellent service during events.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm and resourceful in high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, internal teams, and external suppliers.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable guest experience.

- Good level of written and spoken English.

- A qualification in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of event management software or booking systems (preferred).
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
