This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and switched on Chef de Partie to work in a multiple rosette kitchen cooking with some of the best fresh, seasonal and local ingredients.

This luxury hotel, restaurant and bar is located in beautiful Suffolk. Set amongst the hills and Valleys, this amazing building has proudly been part of the Suffolk landscape for centuries. Superb large and highly organised kitchen with a team of 10 led by a dedicated and talented Michelin trained Head Chef who is looking for an eager and hands on Chef de Partie to join his award-winning brigade.

• Enthusiastic, driven and determined
• Previous Rosette/Fine dining experience
• Excellent hygiene awareness and knowledge
• Be competent in all sections of the kitchen
• Creative
• Work well under pressure and as part of a team
