About the Role

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join a newly formed Commercial Finance team that encourages innovation and creativity. We are proud to support our operations team and are extremely passionate about our beautiful pubs, and hope you will be too!

As FP&A Analyst you will be responsible for producing regular reporting and completing accurate analysis across the breadth of the business. Your insight will heavily influence strategic decisions and drive operational efficiency across B&P. You will support the FP&A Manager with budgets and forecasts and liaise with our Management Accounts team in London regularly to ensure the smooth running of Month End Close.

We’re not only looking for someone who loves excel (that’s a given) but is also someone with a natural warmth who is comfortable communicating across different levels and has bags of enthusiasm and a keen willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

•               Daily, Weekly & Monthly Trading Analysis

•               Monthly KPI reporting and supporting in production of the Monthly deck

•               Building analytical reports to support key decision making

•               Assisting with the budget & forecasting process

•               Ad hoc support and projects

Experience and Skills to include

•               Excellent communication skills and a strong team player

•               Strong track record in analysis and strong excel skills

•               Ability to think of different solutions to a problem

•               Capable of articulating findings in a clear and understandable way

•               Confident dealing with senior stakeholders in the business

•               Experience of working with cross-functional teams

•               Self-starter with ability to work on their own initiative

•               Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi task and prioritise work load

Qualifications Required

•               Professional accounting qualification (ACA or equivalent) (Part/Fully Qualified)
