Day Concierge

One of our clients is looking for a new day concierge to join their Residential Building based in North West London.

Requirements:

• Valid CCTV SIA Licence

• Proven concierge or front-of-house experience

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently/lone work confidently

About the role:

• Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm
• £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
• Start date: asap

Duties:

• Provide a warm and professional front-of-house presence for residents and guests

• Monitor and operate CCTV systems, ensuring detailed logging and incident reporting

• Handle deliveries, post, and parcel management efficiently

• Maintain security protocols and conduct regular site checks

• Assist residents with day-to-day queries and service requests

• Liaise with contractors and ensure smooth operations within the building

• Maintain cleanliness and order in communal areas
