The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our prestigious hotel as an In-Room Dining Assistant. In this role, you will be integral in delivering a luxurious and personalised dining experience for our esteemed guests. From morning coffees to evening refreshments, you will contribute to ensuring each guest's expectations are exceeded, always providing a memorable and seamless service.
You will also be responsible for the presentation of welcome amenities for our most distinguished guests, ensuring their arrival is met with thoughtful detail and elegance. As part of a committed and knowledgeable team, you will work collectively to maintain our hotel's outstanding reputation for guest satisfaction.
Experience in hospitality is not required; however, we seek candidates who demonstrate enthusiasm, curiosity, and a strong commitment to learning. We are dedicated to supporting your professional growth through comprehensive training and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Always uphold the highest standards of discretion and respect for guest privacy.
- Maintain punctual attendance, arriving in full uniform and adhering to established grooming standards.
- Accurately clock in and out at the start and end of each shift.
- Comply with all hygiene, health and safety, fire regulations, and relevant hotel policies.
- Execute cleaning duties as assigned within food and beverage outlets.
- Adhere strictly to all brand and service standards established by the hotel.
- Attend all required training sessions and meetings during working hours.
- Support additional Food & Beverage outlets and operational departments when necessary.
- Exhibit flexibility in working a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Conduct all responsibilities with a positive, courteous, and professional demeanour.
- Ensure all front and back-of-house areas are kept clean, organised, and presentable.
- Proactively address and resolve guest requests or concerns whenever possible.
- Attend shift briefings and provide thorough end-of-shift handovers.
- Offer assistance to guests in need, demonstrating initiative and care.
