Job Description
As a Assistant Catering Manager you will work with the Catering Manager and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business operations, driving growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve short-term and long-term objectives
- Assist with overseeing the daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers
- Assist in analysing financial data, create budgets, and drive commercial performance to meet organisational goals
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities to promote growth and increase market share
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with department heads to optimise processes and improve overall business performance
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Make critical decisions that align with the company's vision and values
Qualifications
- Be a proven, hands-on leader, able to invest in your team and their development
- Be naturally outgoing and vibrant, display a real passion for food and customer service
- Have excellent Health & Safety knowledge
- Be financially astute with good understanding of worked with budgets and have strong IT literacy
