As a General Assistant you will…
- Assist in the preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner according to established menus and recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness of the front and back of house areas including organising dishes and utensils.
- Following proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.
- Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers during mealtimes, addressing any concerns or special dietary needs.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings related to food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
