Our latest development, Oaklea Complex Care Unit, is a 26-bed home within Ashlea Court dedicated to adults with complex physical and mental health needs, including advanced dementia and neurological conditions.

We’re now looking for a Mental Health Nurse who is ready to make a meaningful difference in a service built on trust, dignity, and inclusion.

What We Offer:

•  £20.50 to £21.50 per hour (Depending on experience).
•  22 to 44 hours per week.
•  Days and Nights available.

Who we’re looking for:
You’ll be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an interest or background in complex mental health and dementia care. You’ll bring a compassionate, collaborative spirit someone who thrives in a close-knit, supportive team and puts dignity and respect at the heart of everything you do.
Experience in complex care, such as neurological conditions or high-dependency needs, is an advantage, but not essential. What matters most is your commitment to quality, communication, and kindness.
