The Role:

As our  Breakfast Manager, your role is to lead your team in the seamless delivery of world-class service and experiences. You will ensure that the operations during breakfast and lunch service are performed to the highest standards, with a focus on guest satisfaction, revenue optimisation, and staff development. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operation of your team, adhere to and encourage in your team, Five Star, Luxury standards as well as managing resources, upholding quality, cleanliness and health and safety, while consistently delivering a memorable team member and guest experience across your department.
