What you’ll be doing:

As Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of a section within our kitchen, preparing and presenting high-quality, rosette-standard dishes that reflect the refined British dining Stu is bringing to The Warwick.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Stu himself, crafting contemporary plates inspired by classical roots and the freshest ingredients from our very own gardens. This is your opportunity to shape a menu that celebrates British produce, surprise our guests, and evolve with a visionary team.

You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior chefs, contributing to a supportive and inclusive brigade culture.

What you’ll need:

• Solid experience in a professional kitchen at rosette level or higher
• Passion for produce, plate presentation, and provenance
• A desire to innovate while respecting classical techniques
• Excellent time management and the ability to lead a section with confidence
• Team spirit, a collaborative mindset, and an eagerness to grow
