We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Urquhart Castle. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional food and beverage operations whilst leading and motivating a dedicated team.

• To assist the Manager in the daily running of the café and act as deputy in their absence
• Collaborate with the kitchen and FOH team to ensure food and service provision aligns with company standards
• Ensure compliance with all legislative and government guidelines, including The Food Safety Act, Health and Safety at Work Act, and COSHH regulations
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints effectively and courteously, escalating to management when necessary
• Conduct regular checks on business operations, equipment, maintenance, housekeeping, and other health and safety matters
• Monitor food and beverage control, including performing stock takes and managing orders
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members to maintain high standards of service
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure consistent service excellence
• Contribute to the development of new service ideas and operational improvements
• Ensure product availability and consistency 
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly tasks to ensure high standards are kept
