What you will be doing
As an Employer Brand Manager with experience in Employer Brand, Recruitment Marketing, or Talent Attraction, you will play a key role in executing Elysium’s talent acquisition strategy. You will contribute to delivering a compelling employer brand proposition under the direction of the Head of Talent Acquisition & Onboarding.
Your focus will be on building awareness, attraction, and engagement of top talent through effective branding, social media, marketing campaigns, and sourcing initiatives. This hands-on position involves working as part of the Talent Acquisition team to increase direct applications, enhance candidate quality, and reduce reliance on external sources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content production and campaign management strategies.
- Manage social media presence across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Analyse job board performance and manage recruitment events.
- Enhance the candidate experience and promote the Elysium brand externally.
- Formulate the Employer Brand Strategy aligned with Talent Acquisition and People Plans.
- Produce high-quality content and campaigns to promote Elysium as an employer of choice.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of attraction strategies.
- Support high priority hiring campaigns and initiatives.
- Identify, test, and scale new attraction channels and sourcing strategies.
- Manage employee advocacy initiatives and collaborate with internal teams for brand consistency.
- Maintain and update careers site content, imagery, and messaging.
- Attend and support recruitment events and career fairs.
- Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers, agencies, and platforms.
- Proactively improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the candidate experience.
- Stay up-to-date with employer brand, social media, and talent acquisition best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent attraction.
- Strong content creation skills (writing, visual, campaign management).
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for brand building and candidate engagement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise strategy.
- Passion for diversity, inclusion, and building authentic, inclusive employer brands.
- Creative thinker with fresh ideas and innovation.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work independently.
