We're now looking for a Retail and Hospitality Technical Trainer to join our brand-new Retail Skills Hub at Westfield London — a state-of-the-art training centre where education meets real-world industry.

What you'll be doing:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging teaching across retail, hospitality, and employability programmes

• Design training that reflects real-world challenges and industry standards

• Support learners from a range of backgrounds and experience levels, tracking their progress, engagement, and success

• Work closely with employers to build and tailor training packages that fill current skills gaps

• Represent the Hub in the community and support its growth by promoting services and opportunities
