Barista - Holborn Dining Room

Role

We are currently looking for a Barista to join our team of associates in Holborn Dining Room at Rosewood London. Our Baristas are responsible for creating imaginary beautiful designs and patterns, flavours and producing an exciting sense of beverage for our customers to ensure that their dining experience with us is a unique and smooth experience.

Key expectations of this role are

• Delivering all bar related aspects of the guest experience according to Rosewood standards.
• Ensuring all drinks are prepared and served in line with the Standard Operation Procedures (SOP's).
• Effectively communicating and prioritising tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Efficiently supporting the restaurant floor team to deliver an engaging, refined and intuitive service.

Profile

• The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.
• Being highly organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
• Having a passion for guest service and the art of crafting quality beverages.
• Possessing a sound knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
