P4 Recruitment are working together with an award winning care home to recruit a Chef.

Location: Chorley, LancashireContract Type: Full-Time, PermanentHours: 35 hours per weekPay: £13.75/hour (£25,025 per annum)Shift Pattern: 7am - 6pm on a two-week rolling rota:

• Week 1: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun

• Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri

About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and dedicated Chef to join the kitchen team at a modern, purpose-built Care Home in Chorley. You'll play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our residents through nutritious, high-quality meals served with care and creativity.

What You’ll Be Doing:�?? Preparing and presenting fresh, nutritious meals tailored to residents' preferences and needs???�? Supporting the Head Chef in kitchen operations, stock management, and compliance?? Co-producing menus with residents to reflect seasonal choices and dietary requirements?? Managing food orders, deliveries, storage, and minimising waste?? Ensuring cleanliness and food safety standards are maintained?? Creating a positive, homely dining experience for all residents
