For over 20 years, the Company has delivered fresh food solutions to pupils and staff at Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and Colleges across the UK. The company caters more than 1,000,000 meals a week. As the Chef Manager at Caterlink, you will be responsible for overseeing culinary operations and ensuring high-quality food service. Your role will encompass the following key responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve nutritious, high-quality meals that meet dietary requirements and customer expectations
• Maintain kitchen operations in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
• Engage with clients and customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
• Manage kitchen staff, inventory, budgets, and operational plans effectively
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, providing regular updates and innovative menu suggestions
• Report to line management on key performance indicators and financial targets
• Develop and implement training programmes to enhance the skills and performance of kitchen staff
