Job Description

As the Chef Manager at Caterlink, you will be responsible for overseeing culinary operations and ensuring high-quality food service. Your role will encompass the following key responsibilities:

 

  • Prepare and serve nutritious, high-quality meals that meet dietary requirements and customer expectations
  • Maintain kitchen operations in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
  • Engage with clients and customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
  • Manage kitchen staff, inventory, budgets, and operational plans effectively
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, providing regular updates and innovative menu suggestions
  • Report to line management on key performance indicators and financial targets
  • Develop and implement training programmes to enhance the skills and performance of kitchen staff
