Kitchen Porter - The Grain Loft

KITCHEN PORTER  AT THE GRAIN LOFT, MANCHESTER AIRPORT 

We have Part / Full Time(20hrs) roles available.  

Pay Rate: Pay Rate is £12.40 + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £13.60 per hour.

Hours of operation are 3am to 11pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays. We pride ourselves on ensuring a great work/life balance, with days off together where possible and no split shifts.

ABOUT YOU:

• Due to some responsibilities within the *Kitchen Porter* role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.  

ABOUT THE KITCHEN PORTER ROLE:  

• Support chefs with basic prep and waste management. 
• Keep kitchen areas clean, including dishes, surfaces, and floors.  
• Contribute to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards 
• Previous kitchen experience is desirable but not necessary. We will provide full training.
