Recruitment Resourcer – Help Us Find the People Who Care

In this role, you’ll support our recruitment efforts by screening compassionate, dedicated candidates to join our teams. You’ll be someone who takes pride in your work, values people as individuals, and is always looking for ways to do things better. As a Resourcer, you’ll play a key part in building a workforce that puts people at the heart of everything.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support the recruitment team as a dedicated Resourcer, helping to attract and connect with care professionals.
• Use job boards, social platforms, and proactive outreach to build strong candidate pipelines.
• Screen CVs, and assist with interview coordination.
• Continuously learn and adapt your approach as we grow and evolve.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience or understanding of recruitment, ideally as a Resourcer—healthcare experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• A caring, thoughtful approach to communication and candidate experience.
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
• A willingness to learn and grow in a team that supports innovation and fresh ideas.
