Job Description

As Banqueting Chef, you’ll play a key role in the daily operations of our kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences that align with the Hotel Football and Café Football brands. From preparing high-quality dishes and creating inspiring menus to coaching junior chefs and upholding the highest food safety standards – you’ll do it all.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
• Create and deliver innovative, seasonal menus for events and banqueting
• Maintain top-tier food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Train and develop junior kitchen staff
• Monitor stock, reduce waste, and help manage food costs
• Work collaboratively with the wider hotel team to ensure seamless service

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a banqueting or high-volume kitchen
• Passion for quality food and attention to detail
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid understanding of food safety (HACCP)
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
