Here at BaxterStorey we currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented Accounts Manager to develop and lead a team of General Managers and Head Chefs located across the London region to provide exceptional Hospitality and catering services to our clients. 

As the Accounts Manager, you’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring world-class standards, operational efficiency and financial delivery. This role is designed as a transitional role  to an operations Manager ‘s role . You will report to an Accounts Director / Operations Director to support your growth and development .The perfect candidate will understand how to collaboratively work with a passionate and talented team ensuring they have the autonomy to affect the direction of their business with a shared vision of outstanding service delivery.

Job Description

Here at BaxterStorey We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial Accounts Manager to oversee and manage a portfolio of established and new clients based in London. Will be responsible for all aspects of catering operations, including planning, logistics, execution, and proven outstanding client relationship management. This is a pivotal role that requires excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.

  • Strategic Leadership: Manage and inspire your team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Financial Oversight: Analyse financial data to create actionable strategies that drive profitability and efficiencies.
  • Innovation Driver: Identify emerging food trends and craft innovative offerings that delight our customers.
  • Training & Talent Development: Ensure workplace training and learning is afforded to all employees. Develop a personalised talent programme that aligns with the organisational needs

Qualifications

  • An individual who is currently a group manager  looking to take their first step in multi-client management.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-outlet operations in the catering and hospitality industry,
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret financial data and customer insights to shape winning strategies.
  • A track record of driving innovation in food services and embracing new trends.
  • Strong presentation skills and the charisma to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A leader who champions health & safety, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Natural people developer with a focus for training, motivating, and building high-performing teams.
