Constellation Platinum is seeking skilled and experienced bartenders to join our elite hospitality team at The O2 Arena. If you have a passion for delivering top-tier service in a high-energy environment, we want to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience: Minimum 12 months in a fast-paced, high-end bar or hospitality environment.

✅ Beverage Knowledge: Strong understanding of beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails.

✅ Customer Service: Engaging, professional, and confident in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

✅ Efficiency: Skilled at working under pressure in a high-volume setting.

✅ Team Player: Ability to collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service.

✅ Attention to Detail: Organised, accurate order-taking, and strong time management skills.

✅ Flexibility: Available for evening, weekday, and weekend shifts, with the ability to get home from late-night finishes (1am+). Need to be available for 80% of the shifts at o2. April Shifts: 1st – 6th, 8th – 13th, 16th – 21st, 24th and 26th.

✅ Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing and moving throughout shifts.
