We are looking for an experienced and motivated Accommodation Team Leader to join our team in Westbury. In this role, you will oversee the day to  day operations of the accommodation team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the accommodation team to deliver outstanding service
• Ensure rooms and communal areas meet company cleanliness and presentation standards
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance
• Oversee inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels
• Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

• Previous experience in an accommodation, housekeeping, or hospitality supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and customer service skills
