Hospitality Bartenders Required 18+ @ The Kia Oval

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests with high standards of service and attention to detail.
• Take orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and delivering drinks promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organised bar area and ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to.
• Provide a friendly, professional service to all guests, handling enquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
• Work efficiently as part of a team, especially during busy periods on match days or events.
• Assist with restocking the bar and preparing for events.
• Ensure the bar area is kept tidy throughout service and after events.
• Maintaining a dynamic and engaging atmosphere while supporting the team and delivering top-tier service.
• Complying fully with the responsible service of alcohol policies and procedures.
• Supporting the mixologists team, if applicable
• Assisting the bar manager in ensuring all drinks are processed through the till

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a hospitality setting is essential.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment while remaining calm and approachable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation and bar service is an advantage.
• Flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and match days.
• Must be over the age of 18 due to selling of alcohol.
• Be professional, approachable, friendly, and presentable.
