Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience working as a Leisure Club Manager or in a similar role.
  • A degree or diploma in leisure management, sports management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to lead and motivate a team of staff.
  • A good understanding of health and safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work evenings and weekends if required.
