We are writing a new and exciting chapter in the history of The Belfry. A major expansion and renovation project has begun at our resort, due for completion in Autumn 2025. With a substantial investment in excess of £80 million, we are enriching our resort including the addition of a new event space, The Masters Suite, 149 extra bedrooms, a state-of-the-art leisure club, and much more.

The on target earning potential for this role is a £52,500 annual salary, comprising a base salary of £50,000 supplemented by an estimated £2,500 in gratuities per annum, ensuring a rewarding compensation package.


About the role

As Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of our operation, ensuring that the highest standards are met across all food and beverage outlets. From managing daily service and working closely with the team to reviewing KPIs and identifying areas for improvement, your leadership will help us elevate our guest experience while maximising revenue opportunities whilst collaborating with other teams and driving innovation to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Senior Head of Meeting & Events in the running of the M&E department aswell as overseeing the F&B departments. 
  • Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and expenses in line with the hotel’s objectives.
  • Ensure that all sales opportunities are maximized to meet targets.
  • Implement and monitor strategies that drive guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Analyse guest feedback and identify trends to improve performance.
  • Coach and develop the management team to ensure career progression and succession planning.
  • Develop a culture of service excellence, instilling product knowledge and upholding brand standards.
  • Support with identifying opportunities that drive profit, create value for guests and encourage innovation

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in Food & Beverage operations management, with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
  • A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can motivate and guide teams to success.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Passion for delivering excellence, with a commitment to ensuring the best experience for our guests.
