We are seeking a dynamic and quick-thinking Night Receptionist to join our team and contribute to our exceptional hospitality standards.

Role Overview: As a Night Receptionist, you will be the face of our hotel during the night shift, providing unparalleled guest service and maintaining a secure environment. Your responsibilities will include checking guests in and out, handling guest feedback, completing nightly audits, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the building, guests, and staff are safe and secure throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide world-class guest service, addressing guest needs and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Ensure the safety and security of the building, guests, and staff by conducting regular checks and monitoring the premises.
• Complete nightly audit and compliance checks to maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to hotel policies.
• Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Handle any guest feedback or concerns with a positive and proactive approach, going above and beyond to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.

Experience / Skill Set:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
• Knowledge of security and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clean Disclosure Check - This will be carried out as part of the job offer
