Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Team Leader to manage administrative tasks while actively supporting front-line service operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing office work with hands-on guest service, this role is for you!
About the Events Team Member role:
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting
- Support front-line teams by stepping in during service times
- Manage guest inquiries, and ensure smooth communication between departments
- Assist with staff coordination, training, and workflow optimization
Qualifications
About the ideal candidate:
- Administrative and organizational skills
- Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Hands-on approach with a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
- Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and inspire.
- Experience in hospitality administration or a similar role
- Proficiency in office management software and scheduling systems
We Offer:
Rate: £13.50 per hour
Contract: Full time/ Permanent
