We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Team Leader to manage administrative tasks while actively supporting front-line service operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing office work with hands-on guest service, this role is for you!

About the Events Team Member role:

• Oversee daily administrative operations, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting
• Support front-line teams by stepping in during service times
• Manage guest inquiries, and ensure smooth communication between departments
• Assist with staff coordination, training, and workflow optimization

About the ideal candidate:

• Administrative and organizational skills
• Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Hands-on approach with a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
• Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and inspire.
• Experience in hospitality administration or a similar role
• Proficiency in office management software and scheduling systems

We Offer:

Rate: £13.50 per hour

Contract: Full time/ Permanent
