We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team at Longbridge Deverill, a care home set in the market town of Warminster. Our purpose-built home provides outstanding Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care for up to 60 residents in a comfortable and supportive environment designed to enhance their quality of life.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and daily routines while promoting independence.
- Supporting each resident’s personalised care plan with compassion and attentiveness.
- Monitoring residents' health and wellbeing, reporting concerns to senior staff.
- Creating a warm, social, and dignified living environment.
- Responding promptly to emergencies and call bells.
- Helping with meals and ensuring residents receive proper nutritional support.
- Bringing joy to residents and making every day special.
What We Are Looking For
- SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred.
- At least 6 months of care experience is ideal, but we welcome those with a passion for care and transferable skills.
- A compassionate, dedicated, and team-focused approach.

- Shift times: 07:30AM – 20:00PM / 19:30PM – 08:00AM
