Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day catering operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and standards to maintain high quality and consistency.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of supplies.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of catering staff, including chefs, servers, and support personnel.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
- Identify market trends and opportunities for growth, expanding the catering services offered.
- Customise catering offerings to meet client requirements, providing creative and personalised solutions.
- Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in financial management
